 Made by Columbia Pictures in Hollywood. Most of the exteriors are a studio backlot (probably Columbia's), with a few scenes filmed in London.

 I was just thinking that /vehicle_143986-Morris-Oxford-ADO9M-1960.html was outside the embassy, but I didn't realise that the embassy building was as old as that.

Anyway, it's a view of the embassy we'll probably never see again. It's surrounded by fences and concrete blocks, and the road outside is closed off (as is the road at the back).

EDIT: The embassy building was designed by Eero Saarinen and opened in 1960.
