Auxiliary ramp to Autobahn in 1957 Germany allready NATO member, so this could be notified Autobahn-Behelfsflugplatz
maybe this certain section inherited from use in WWII

There's a third one - the "Seebohm'sche Zeigefinger" (as my mother still names the roadside-poles) :) Hans-Christoph Seebohm -so his "forefinger" was the minister for transportation in the 50ies, who has introduced these poles.

At the German Wiki is just written "alternative title "Hauptmann Marseille", without any explanations.
