ford_guy ◊ 2007-07-01 06:24	You say that as a civilian, but you don't realize how good of a police car the Crown Victoria is. Maybe not the best ever made, but it definitely does the job as a police vehicle, and is much better than the Impala and looks better than the Charger, in my opinion.

badlymad ◊ 2007-07-06 07:33	In terms of an actual chase between cars, there is none. However, there is the chase between the helicopter and the Crown Victoria that is shown in the trailers, and later a rather implausible chase between the semi and a F-35 jet.

Thanks, I think it's a JSF F-35B Lightning II True Lies featured the US version of the Hawker-Siddeley Harrier, the AV-8A Harrier.

antp ◊ 2007-07-28 16:32	They are not so bad, and yes it may be good for the others, there is no reason to delete them now that they are there. I was just saying that it is lots of work to make many captures and uploading them to imageshack, and maybe it was better to keep such "work" for when a DVD-quality version is available (as usually thumbnails are not replaced when main pictures are upgraded with better ones). -- Last edit: 2007-07-28 16:35:57

antp ◊ 2007-11-08 21:09	Not much destruction indeed, and quite visible that it was heavily edited and cut (e.g. the scene where the VW wagon is supposed to be)
carchasesfanatic ◊ 2007-11-08 21:12	Yes very edited indeed, that was a shame, and a year ago or so when citzen footage was being available on youtube the chase was seeming promising, i remember i wanted to see the Volvo crash because in the other videos it seems very nice and the same for the Caprice and VW accident

And the clearest thing I can recall is a truck chase, 2 big trucks, and one of them crashes down from a mountian. And that in the end the bad guy dies against a fence, in the rain. The only character I think is in it is Jean Claude Van Damme. Thanks alot.

How come you like Volvo so mutch? I mean, I know why I like it but are Volvo so common in Slovakia? I have been there ones.

You are definitely right, Crown Victorias are very good cars. I didn't know that they are much better than the Impalas but surely they look better than the Chargers.
