Propaganda biopic by Shochiku and the Imperial Japanese Army of famed tank commander, Kojiro Nishizumi (Japanese). Although nowadays he's more recognized as the namesake of a certain Anime tank commander...

Nishizumi's Wikipedia article lists the movie's release date as 1939, but I went with 1940 as that was the year IMDB and Shochiku's own database lists as the release date.
