 C'est un film entre la fiction et le documentaire. On peut voir en Ghana,dans Accra, divers autobus à cabines Bedford, Austin, Morris, Commer ?, Opel... diverses voitures de marques britanniques, une (deux?)Peugeot 203 à conduite à droite,quelques voitures américaines; au début et fin de film tourné au Niger: des camions Citroën, à la fin: un pick-up Ford (***).
Film existant en DVD, édition Montparnasse, boite de 4 dvd des films de Jean Rouch.

 Interesting. All the former British colonies in West Africa switched to driving on the right during the 1960s-1970s. Ghana switched in 1974.

 Listed as a documentary on IMDb, but rather a fictitious story about three boys travelling from Niger to Ghana. Another interesting film by Jean Rouch.

 Filming date seems about 1955 for vehicles - nothing newer shown. So it sat on a shelf for 10-12 years before release???

Yes, it was filmed in 1954 for the most part but released later

 Ironically, this movie doesn't have any cars from Jaguar in it.
