It is a film about a phenomenon developed during the 80s in the communist-ruled Romania, where people were gathering to one's apartment to watch American movies dubbed in Romanian, something unthinkable at the time, given the political context. One of these movies stars Chuck Norris, thus the title. It features people's opinions and stories from that period. If you're into the subject you may find it interesting. |

Both Ladas shown as the narration talks about everyone being under surveillance by the Romanian government.
