Can't find a copy online and nothing found from parallel newsreel reports. But it's a fairly unexciting report - they just potter about London for a few days in the sunshine without doing anything much. Rejects: Silver Shadow I, Merc, Vanden Plas 4-litre R, Humber Super Snipe Camera:

I think commentary says only 3 days sightseeing - Kew Gardens, London Zoo, Hampton Court, a couple of banquets and wreath-layings. And then off he goes - home?? another country??
