About being the last one, I do not know, cf the end:

At the end we discover that this movie is set just before the first one. Which makes it set in 2000. It more or less matches the fact that most of the cars are at least 10 years old, except the usual anachronisms.

I liked the first two. The third one seemed like the same old stuff just with a roller coaster. I was excited that the fourth one had NASCAR (my favorite sport) but I was again let down. Does anyone know if the this one is any good?

 It is not better than 3rd & 4th. I find it still good, but indeed the first two were much better.

I like the first 2 as well, 3 was ok, but 4 i just like watching it just to see how bad it is, the 1st 2 i have seen multiple times

 More pictures of the infamous Flight 180 for impdb, some of which bear an ethically-questionable resemblance to the 1996 explosion and crash of TWA Flight 800, as do the in-universe crash statistics; both planes exploded shortly after take-off from JFK airport and crashed in the ocean with no survivors and had onboard a number of highschool students and chaperones.
