It´s not a movie, it´s a TV-series. In this show, real crimes are presented by the police, and the viewers are asked to contact them if they know anything about one of the cases (like murders, bank-robberies, missing persons etc.), and many cases could be solved. |

If it helps, this show uses real footage of the crimes along with some reenacted scenes, like: /movie.php?id=247882 So, as Lateef says, non-entirely non-fictional. |
