Many, many police cars are used in this film, mostly Ford Crown Victorias but also Chevrolet Luminas, Chevrolet Carpices and Ford Tauruses. I couldn't list every single one, so one listing is given for each model.

The biggest police car pile-up in movie history:

Man, I hated this movie! It is a discredit to the Blues Brother name! It was just a Blue Borther rip off. Same thing except everyone is old, the Monaco was replaced (could have at least gotton a similar Monaco) and Jake and Curtis are dead. Sucked.

Also visible in the thumbnails posted above is a International dump truck, a Chevrolet C-Series dump truck, a Ford F-series (yellow), a Chevrolet Cheyenne 1500 (also yellow) and what appears to look like Pontiac, and Chevrolet Impala squads.

I don't think they used the Cheyenne name during that truck's body style. And I don't see any Impalas or Pontiacs. I do see a bunch of Caprices, Crown Vics, Tauruses, and Luminas as well as the Ford and Chevy pickups. I think I even see a Caprice with a Ford hubcap somewhere in that mess.

Anyways, the movie isn't as good as the original, but I still like the car chases.

It had some good music, but I wouldn't exactly call it a good film. It's one of those films where you'd be better off buying the soundtrack.

It doesn't really have any great car chases, just that one scene where they hurl police cars (obviously empty) into one big pile.

Yea, the chases were good. But the movie was sorta pointless, just a shadow of the orginal. My entire family (8 people) hated it, and my Mom won't let us watch it because it has a kid in a strip club. And the chases from the original were better, and the music was better.

1990's Chevrolet Cheyenne

And on a completely unrelated topic, I just got back from touring other forums, GMInisdeNews, BlueOvalForums and Allpar.com. And can you believe it, I got kicked off of Allpar because I liked Ford more then Mopars and I said (and added, pictures, specifications and websites) that the first generation Ford Explorer is better offroad then a 1993 Grand Cherokee. I knew it was true because my cousin goes offroading in her stock 94' XLT and it does very good, better then our CJ-7. And, I had pictures of stock/modified Explorers offroad, I gave them links and websites and comparison pages on the two. Its stupid to kick you off because your opinion is different. I mean, Antoine had a reason to kick Rocker off because he was swearing and you're justified if it is attacking and swearing, but because of you're opinion!?!?!

Although I should point out the kid is NOT one of the performers in the strip club. Explorer 4x4, you were probably only 5 or 6 years old when this film came out, was it hands over eyes time when it got to the strip club bits?

Yes, I also thought it was stupid. But you don't let a 7 year old see strip club do you.

Well not in a movie where all that appears most of the time is that no, but i dont really remeber any "bad" scenes in that movie to make a boy get out of the room.

Though I'm not sure most people would let a 7-year-old watch the first film, there is quite a bit of swearing in it.

The first time I saw the first one was on TV so the swearing was cut out, the second time when I was a little bit older I saw the un-cut version, and the swearing is not where near as bad as Christine or Scarface. But our family really doesn't mind swearing, we just don't do it. My Mom says (no offense to those who do swear, and I even swear with friends on rare occasions) that it shows your lack of vocabulary, I don't think it is true but it at least gives me a reason not to swear. And, I do say "the B word" when talking about dogs because it is just a female dog, just like "a$$" is a mule.

You know they once tried to edit Scarface's language for American TV, which is plain ridiculous, resulting in brilliant lines like "This town is one big *chicken* waiting to be *plucked*" or "Where'd you get the beauty scar tough guy, eating *pineapple*?" I once saw Wild Things on an American TV channel and it completely ruined it because they took out the threesome scene, the main reason to watch the movie!

This movie was OK, the car chases could be better, but the best was seeing the trumpet player as the funeral director...

They do a pretty decent job with irony in both this and the original.

stpaulcarguy- No- you're not wrong. That movie was toothpick bridge- WEAK!
I know it goes without saying, sequels with kids in them are doomed, this was no exception.
Terrible movie. The first was awesome. That's the Chicago I grew up in and remember, except for all the craziness.

Dan should be ashamed of himself. If it can't top, then stop.

BTW- We were hit by a Crown vickie panda in a high speed chase in our VW Passat, and we came out MUCH better than the cop.
Plus, we weren't moving. We were trapped in traffic- he lost control. Not as funny as the movies! yikes.
