 This is an educational short film for new drivers. Ten minutes of footage showing crashed cars in a junkyard. I'm not sure if IMDB has the correct year.

 As I wrote, I don't think, it's from 1970, rather from 1972 or 1973.

 The grille of a 1963 Mercury full-size is prominently visible in the second thumbnail.

Benson's Auto Dismantling, the location in the third thumbnail, is still in operation at 7711 South Alameda Street in Los Angeles.

It's more a series of shock films, judging from other titles by Sid Davis. "The Bottle and the Throttle", "Too Young to Burn" etc... :D
