..this thailand film ..was released on video in the UK in the early 80's (..it's not listed on imdb ...only one film of this name (italian) ...+ the director is not listed either.! :/ ) ..my guess would be it was made in the mid/late 70's.!

..the actors could be in 100's of films ...and without the title & director to confirm it...what's the point.?

..I had a look through the 70's & 80's films listed...it's none of them.! (..the closest was 'S.T.A.B.' it stars Sombat + someone called Krung Srivilai ..which could have been Krung Seller ..but the Main star of the movie is Greg Morris (of the 'Mission Impossible' Tv series) ...and he's definately Not in it.! ..also director doesn't match.!)

 I checked on the IMDB once more and it isn't the one on here. It's the Italian one with John Ireland. My mistake.

..at least we now know it's made in 1980.!
